John Harris Photography operates as a team of two full-time, professionally qualified wedding photographers. Both John and his business partner Phil work together on the day to ensure maximum coverage with the minimum of stress.
Having two photographers ensures you get a wider variety of angles and viewpoints than is possible with a single photographer and it also allows us the possibility of being in different locations independently, providing much improved coverage during the busier times of your day.
We primarily shoot in a reportage style, remaining in the background as much as possible to capture the true emotions of the day. To complement this we also like to take 20-30 minutes out of your day to shoot some beautiful images of you both that will still look contemporary in generations to come (this mix can of course be altered to suit individual client’s tastes).
Before booking a wedding we normally aim to meet with you at the studio on a no-obligation basis to discuss your requirements and to show you sample albums and other products. We also think it is part of our role to help you wherever we can in the lead up to your big day so we will also advise on things like timings to ensure that your day is as stress-free and smooth-running as possible.
